HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware is trusted to enhance Citrix virtualization and cloud computing solutions

HotLink® Corporation today announced that its HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware has been verified as Citrix Ready®. The Citrix Ready program helps customers identify third-party solutions that are recommended to enhance virtualization, networking and cloud computing solutions from Citrix. HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix XenServer®, providing confidence in joint solution compatibility. HotLink will demonstrate the HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware in booth 617 at Citrix Synergy 2012 taking place May 9-11 at Moscone West Convention Center, San Francisco.

The Citrix Ready program makes it easy for customers to identify complementary products and solutions that can enhance Citrix environments. Customers can be confident that HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware has successfully passed a series of tests established by Citrix, and can be trusted to work effectively with Citrix XenServer so VMware vCenter users can now deploy and manage Citrix XenServer alongside VMware vSphere.

HotLink SuperVISOR for VMware enables native interoperability of hypervisors with extensions to VMware vCenter for unified management. In this way, IT shops can tier virtual infrastructure based on application affinity, economics or use case, while leveraging their existing virtual infrastructure management and skill sets. Citrix XenServer is deployed in many enterprises as part of a multiple hypervisor strategy, and with HotLink users can easily manage their XenServer workloads inside their existing VMware vCenter environment – no additional console is required.
