WHO:      

Darren Platt is co-founder and CTO of Symplified, the Cloud Identity Company. He is a thought leader on identity management technology, and co-authored the AuthXML specification which was combined with Netegrity’s S2ML to create Oasis’ SAML standard. Previously Mr. Platt was vice president of engineering at Web access management market originator Securant Technologies, where he managed development of the ClearTrust product until its acquisition by RSA Security in 2001.
