Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility selects LBMC Technologies, experiences increased productivity

Knoxville, TN (PRWEB) May 23, 2012

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility (TBPR), a governing body charged with overseeing the ethical conduct of attorneys licensed in the state, recently partnered with LBMC Technologies to create and implement a more efficient attorney data management system. The customized solution has improved TBPR operations and increased productivity, allowing the organization to focus on its mission of supervising attorneys and promoting ethical practices across the state of Tennessee.

“We needed a new IT platform to manage our database of more than 21,000 licensed attorneys across the state,” said Nancy S. Jones, chief disciplinary counsel of the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. “LBMC Technologies has significantly improved our operations. We’ve streamlined registration and payments. In the next phase of implementation, it will be easier to track any ethical complaints so we can better serve both attorneys and consumers in our state.”

According to Jones, the board is now able to build custom reports to respond to different types of requests for attorney demographic information.

LBMC Technologies works with associations and organizations throughout the Southeast to create customized solutions to increase the efficiency of their member and agency data management and reporting needs.

“The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility has a great commitment to the attorneys and citizens of the state of Tennessee,” said Stacy Schuettler, managing partner of LBMC Technologies. “We hope the new technology will allow them to focus on their goals while being more responsive to the state’s legal system and consumers.”
