Today AOL, a premier digital media company, and BermanBraun, a well-known and creative innovator, announced the launch of Skye on AOL, a visually impactful site that brings a new identity to weather on the Web, and appeals to weather fanatics and temperature seekers alike.

Skye on AOL is a new weather destination that introduces a high level of editorial programming that gives consumers the weather information they crave while surfacing stories that go beyond the traditional weather parameters. Skye prominently features a rich MapQuest integration that zeroes in on the consumers location, providing weather and traffic in tandem on a dynamic map. Built in HTML5, the site is mobile optimized at launch and will be the default source for weather on AOL.com.
