VSM: Can you talk about any customer scenarios?

SW: Tandus Flooring was looking for a virtual FoIP solution to integrate with their existing VoIP environment and selected QuadraDocV because it is the only product on the market that is native to the iSeries platform. Tandus also viewed Quadrant Software as a trusted vendor because of our company values, product quality and world class technical support (we consistently score 100 percent in customer satisfaction surveys).

VSM: Is there anything else you'd like to share with our readers?

SW: Our goal is to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction and we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and support. To achieve these goals we focus on understanding what our customers want through surveys, focus groups and events; and we provide continuous technical support.
