The following are significant 2012 highlights from both the company itself, and the Human Resources industry:

•HR Strategies completed their rebranding initiative with a new website and an open house networking event for clients, prospects, and vendors.
•Continued growth in the realm of social media strategies, blogging, and website updates; including a new HR Hot Topics section.
•Additional staff members were added, including a new VP of Human Resources/Client Services, MariaElena Ayala; Benefits Specialist, Denisse Morgado; Receptionist, Lori Giles; and Client Services Specialist Veronica Wray.
•HR Strategies' continued investment in their internal and worksite employees through a variety of benefit programs. These include the Humana Vitality Program, an Employee Assistance Program through EAP Consultants, and timely and effective Open Enrollments periods for Flexible Spending Accounts and Voluntary Benefits in addition to medical and dental.
•They excelled in overall client satisfaction, with a rating of 98.4% according to surveys completed by current clients.
•HR Strategies continued the expansion of client’s knowledge of important management strategies and business regulations through Quarterly Management Training seminars. This past year’s topics included some of the hottest issues in Human Resources: Unemployment Claims, I-9’s, Wage and Hour/DOL/FLSA issues, Health Care Reform, EEOC regulations, and NLRB decisions.
•HR Strategies issued medical insurance premium rebates as part of the Affordable Care Act.
•They rolled-out their new Time & Attendance/Labor systems to clients. Their Time Tracker and Time Tracker Plus solutions allow for a variety of methods in time collection, benefit accruals, and job costing elements.
•A number of senior level associates were able to attend a variety of conferences, allowing them to bring back important new information in the world of Human Resources to continue to improve upon the services provided by HR Strategies as a PEO.
•HR Strategies gave back to the community by participating in the St. Jude Give Thanks. Walk. at Zoo Atlanta, matching funds raised by employees at 100%.
