Business Performance Leads to New Growth for Customer Support Positions
Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, is pleased to announce business growth that creates 120 new positions, eight new supervisors, four Trainers and one Operations Manager for its customer care call center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The new hires will support expanding volume with Sitel’s home entertainment and food service customers, including overnight support. Newly hired Albuquerque associates will provide inbound customer care support.

In an effort to recruit new employees, Sitel is hosting on-site job fairs on Monday, October 14 and Thursday, October 17. Candidates will need to bring a copy of their resume to the Sitel site and can come to the facility between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on those days.
