Veteran
technology executive and former CEO of Wyse brings extensive industry
experience to innovative desktop virtualization company.
MENLO
PARK, Calif. - October 27,
2008 - Pano
LogicTM, developer of a server-based desktop virtualization solution,
today announced the appointment of John Kish as the company's president and
chief executive officer. Kish
will guide Pano Logic's overall strategic direction as the company
establishes itself as a leader in the desktop virtualization market. Kish brings over 20 years
of senior management experience in the software industry, most notably as
president and CEO of Wyse, a $200M market leader in the thin client space. He
also has served in senior management positions at Oracle, where he established
the company's presence on the desktop. Under Kish's leadership, Oracle's Desktop Products
Division grew to over 400 employees and over $400M in revenues.
"John's deep knowledge of the desktop space and extensive
experience in successfully growing companies make him the ideal candidate to
lead Pano Logic as it continues to re-shape the desktop virtualization

Prior to joining Pano Logic, Kish
served as president and CEO of BackFlip Software, a privately held SaaS
company. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Cacheon, an on-demand
application migration software firm located in San
Francisco, and as president and CEO of Verbind, a real-time
e-marketing solutions company located in Boston.
Kish is a graduate of the University of Maryland
and received a Ph.D. in Mathematical Logics from The Johns Hopkins University.
