Kevin Epstein, VP of Marketing – Scalent Systems
Kevin most recently served as Director of Marketing for VMware, Inc. from 2002 until 2006, where he was responsible for marketing strategy, outbound marketing, product management, and marketing programs during the company's growth from $20mm to more than $500mm in annual sales.

Previously, Kevin was Director of Product Management for Inktomi Corporation's Network Products division, responsible for all caching and content delivery server and network products, as well as satellite and ad delivery products. Prior to Inktomi, Kevin held various product line management and marketing leadership roles at RealNetworks and Netscape, as well as a founding role in CDnow.

Kevin began his career as a strategist with Mercer Management and Raychem. He holds a BS degree in High Energy Physics from Brown University and an MBA from Stanford University, and is the author of Marketing Made Easy, a popular trade book from Entrepreneur Magazine Press.
