Paddy Falls - Neverfail CTO

As Chief Technology Officer for Neverfail, Paddy is responsible for the company’s technology development and product roadmap. A seasoned software industry professional, Paddy brings over three decades of experience to his role at Neverfail.

Prior to joining Neverfail in 2007, Paddy held numerous leadership positions within the business continuity and data management space. Most notably, he served as the CTO and Co-Founder of iOra which provides accelerated access and replication services to remote servers and laptops. Paddy also acted as General Manager at Novell’s European Development Center, where he spearheaded the initiative to build Novell Replication Services, a replication management tool for NetWare. Paddy began his tenure at Novell in 1992, after International Business Software, the startup company he worked for at the time, was acquired by Novell. Prior to International Business Software, Paddy worked at Prime Computer and before that International Computers Limited.

Paddy has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sussex University in England.
