Zorian Rotenberg - CMO at AppAssure Software

Zorian Rotenberg is the Chief Marketing Officer at AppAssure Software. He joined AppAssure from Veeam Software where he was a vice president on the management team responsible for starting and running the global Internet/Inbound Marketing Group which focused on demand generation and global online marketing. Prior to Veeam, Rotenberg was CEO of StarWind Software where he ran an international software company and grew sales in North America by 143% and 73% globally. Previously he was on the management team as vice president at Acronis Software where he worked for the CEO. During that time, the company grew over a period of three years from less than $20 million to nearly $100 million worldwide. Rotenberg started his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. in investment banking with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions. He also worked at NeoCarta Ventures where he focused on investing in technology companies and at IBM in the software sales division. Rotenberg graduated from Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and with minors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He earned his MBA in Management from Harvard Business School.
